My best friend married the love of her life earlier this month and I had the honor of not only being in her wedding, but making approximately 250 cake pops for the reception. It was definitely the largest baking task that I have taken on, but went suprisingly well. Luckily, I had my mom to help with the cake pop making. Love you mom! We made three different flavors of cake pops; Chocolate, Vanilla, and Carrot Cake. The groom's uncle made the amazing, tiered stand to display the cake pops.
