 Brown and blue is one of my favorite color combos so I love how these cake pops turned out!

Cats & Dogs

Animal lovers will love these cat and dog cake pops!



Isn't this little kitten adorable?

For the cats I used triangle sprinkles for ears and a miniature M&M for the nose.  I then used a paint brush and melted chocolate to draw eyes and whiskers onto the cake pop.

Woof, Woof!

For the dogs ears I cut a Wilton candy melt in half, and used one half for each of the ears.  Again, I used a miniature M&M for the nose and painted on the eyes with melted chocolate.  For the dog collar I stuck a lifesaver onto the cake pop immediately after I dipped it in chocolate

Watermelon

Summer is here!  And what's better on a hot summer day than a juicy watermelon?

 Watermelon cake pops!

For these cake pops I made vanilla cake that I tinted pink.  I then added miniature chocolate chips for watermelon seeds so that when you bite into the cake pops they look like an actual watermelon.  I dipped the cake pops in a dark green chocolate and then used a paint brush to paint light green stripes for a more realistic watermelon look.
